About 1916 The construction of Justus Mulert’s Clearview Plan, which encompassed the land between Cedar Boulevard, Cochran Road, and Washington Road, started in February 1902. This model Clearview home stands on Florida avenue at Magnolia. This picture was taken on Washington Road just south of Lebanon Avenue in the early 1900s.
